Refunds, Returns, and our Moneyback Guarantee

Please live chat or email us to ask about turnaround times for the part(s) that you are interested in ordering. We have the largest catalog of carbon parts online - over 50+ employees and 4 global shipping centers - all parts, for all makes and models, shipped to all countries of the world will vary in lead time. 

If you are given a lead time and your order hasn't arrived on time, your order and money is insured by our refund policy - meaning you are automatically protected by our policy and will be issued a full refund. If you want to wait for your item, but there are severe delays (global shipping delays, pandemics, postage strikes and more) you will still be protected by a 100% free cancellation anytime after the window closes.

If you receive the wrong item from our warehouse, a replacement or refund will be issued.

If your item arrives with damage, an exchange or compensation will be arranged, to the customer's choice.

If you are not satisfied with your item for reasons outside of our product policy, you are protected by our return guarantee as long as the item is in unused and original condition.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested through email only. Please email your order number and the reason for the cancellation. There is a 5% transaction fee on ALL cancellations, regardless of item or time requested.

If your item has already shipped, it has to arrive to you to first in order to process a full cancellation. 

Custom steering wheels cannot be resold and have to be recycled. In order to cover labor, core, and recycling fees, ALL custom steering wheel cancellations retain a 20% cancellation fee, regardless of cancellation reason.

If large items incl. but not limited to; hoods, fenders, trunks, spoilers, and diffusers are requested for cancellation after they have already been shipped or handed off to freight forwarding, there is a 20% address change fee to have the item's shipment cancelled and returned to our warehouse, regardless of cancellation reason.
