How long do orders take?

With over 1000+ product variations on our website, all items have varying turnaround times. Some items take 1 week, while other items can take up to 90 days. Please contact our live chat to ask about turnaround times for the item(s) you are considering for your vehicle.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Depending on the item you order, your location, and other factors, we ship with UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, your country's public postal service, SF, Alibaba Logistics, 4PX, and an extensive network of freight forwarders and ground truck delivery services such as XPO.

Tracking Stuck On "Label Created"

Do not be alarmed--your item is moving through our shipping system. In order to ship globally and efficiently, we have our own shipping services who will move your product from our manufacturing facility to your local delivery service such as FedEx or UPS. 

Due to this, a tracking number can stay on "label created" for around 10 days--do not worry, this is normal. Once FedEx or UPS local to your region scans it in, they will deliver it 2-4 days later. 2 weeks is a standard timeframe for shipping.

Notice for receiving carbon fiber hoods, fenders, and other freight delivered items;

Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it. If you drop or damage your part during your transportation or installation of it, we cannot issue you a replacement. This is why your package must be unboxed and inspected within 24 hours of receiving either by you or someone at your address. FREIGHT DELIVERIES FOR HOODS, FENDERS, AND MORE; inspect your part with the truck driver on site, after your scheduled delivery. If you notice any shipping damage to the item, please write "damaged" on the sign off sheet and reject the crate. We will organize a replacement for you immediately. Please make sure to inspect everything thoroughly to make sure you NOTICE any possible damage so no issues arise afterwards. If your product was delivered and 24 hours have passed, we cannot help you get a replacement. We NEED documentation of the package—do not throw away your packaging. You must make your first contact attempt during this period. Please be present during delivery so you can make sure there are no damages to your parts. If there are, you must let us know within 24 hours, thank you. Customized items with on record, previous cancellation requests lose shipping protection guarantees for replacements and refunds. Only a repair compensation will be applied by a technician.
