How long does shipping take?
We have one of the largest catalogs of carbon fiber parts in the world. Every item has a different turnaround period. Some items take a few days, others a few weeks, and very rarely, certain rare makes and models have custom items which can take up to 90 days.

Do you ship globally?
We send out orders around the world every day. We have delivered carbon fiber parts to Europe, Asia, Latin America, and more. Contact us regarding shipping to your country - we will create a custom quote for you.
How do you ship hoods, trunks, fenders and other large parts?
We ship pretty much all of our exterior parts in wooden crates or plank reinforced, double wall cardboard boxes.
My item arrived damaged.
Please email us so we can arrange a replacement for you. Hold onto your packaging and your original item.
What carriers do you ship with?
Depending on the item you order, your location, and other factors, we ship with UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, your country's public postal service, SF, 4PX, and more.
If you order a large freight item, we work with a number of different domestic freight services and companies who will contact you to arrange delivery.
Where do you ship from?
Depending on the item you order, your location, and other factors, we ship from Los Angeles, Texas, Alaska, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Taiwan, and more.
Tracking number not updating - Our shipping system is designed to move customer's orders efficiently and in a timely manner.
If you receive a tracking number email, yet the tracking reads "label created" for multiple days, this is totally normal. This means that your product has finished production and is prepared for shipment by entering our shipping process. Your product will be transferred from our manufacturing facility to our shipping warehouses, where our agents will pack it up safely for you and send it your way via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. As soon as your item enters the final shipping stage, the tracking information will update and you will receive your item in 3-10 days! By placing an order on our platform, a customer agrees to our shipping process.
I haven't received a tracking number yet.
Your product is either in the manufacturing stage or is in transfer between our multiple warehouses.
Notice for receiving carbon fiber hoods, fenders, and other freight delivered items;
Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it. If you drop or damage your part during your transportation or installation of it, we cannot issue you a replacement. This is why your package must be unboxed and inspected within 24 hours of receiving either by you or someone at your address. FREIGHT DELIVERIES FOR HOODS, FENDERS, AND MORE; inspect your part with the truck driver on site, after your scheduled delivery. If you notice any shipping damage to the item, please write "damaged" on the sign off sheet and reject the crate. We will organize a replacement for you immediately. Please make sure to inspect everything thoroughly to make sure you NOTICE any possible damage so no issues arise afterwards. If your product was delivered and 24 hours have passed, we cannot help you get a replacement. We NEED documentation of the package—do not throw away your packaging. You must make your first contact attempt during this period. Please be present during delivery so you can make sure there are no damages to your parts. If there are, you must let us know within 24 hours, thank you.
