Tracking number not updating - Our shipping system is designed to move customer's orders efficiently and in a timely manner. 

If you receive a tracking number email, yet the tracking reads "label created" for multiple days, this is totally normal. This means that your product has finished production and is prepared for shipment by entering our shipping process. Your product will be transferred from our manufacturing facility to our shipping warehouses, where our agents will pack it up safely for you and send it your way via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. As soon as your item enters the final shipping stage, the tracking information will update and you will receive your item in 3-10 days! By placing an order on our platform, a customer agrees to our shipping process.

I haven't received a tracking number yet.

-Your product is either in the manufacturing stage or is in transfer between our multiple warehouses.

Can you sponsor my build?

We are always looking for ways to expand our cooperation with the automotive community.

However, because we receive a dozen sponsorship requests a week, we select only builds that we strongly believe can bring us converting exposure.

Usually, this is builds with large social media followings that have high engagement and a loyal team of followers.

However, we do have an affiliate program which you can request to be a part of if your social media following is not large enough to qualify for a sponsorship at the moment - simply reach out to us for more information via the contact us page.
