At ZetaComposites we strive for absolute perfection. Everything is carefully crafted and we do our best to create a presentable product.

However, with certain parts of carbon fiber, large parts, or complex-in-shape parts are subject to small imperfections.

These imperfections include tiny air bubbles, swirls, waves, drips, potential "nicks" and more. These will not be noticeable. As much as we try to prevent these, sometimes it is simply unavoidable with carbon fiber products - due to the complexity of the manufacturing behind carbon fiber hard parts.

We guarantee that you will receive a product which passes inspection and is marked eligible for show quality. We do not sell half-done or poorly finished products.

You will receive a presentable and solid product, thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Credit Card / Bank Chargebacks

Chargebacks filed for foul play related reasons will be classified as theft and pursued in small claims court in the customer's state of residence by ZetaComposites LLC and corresponding representative legal team. Arbitration will be forwarded to a collection agency. Reasons qualified in the above include but not limited to; fabricating quality related issues, claiming failed product delivery, irresponsible use of product leading to damage or loss, claim of inaccurate product description, and more. Claims filed by card holders who's credit card information had been stolen, with an order not placed by them, are honored and refunded. 

My order is taking too long, I need to cancel it.

Many of our large parts are made to order. In order to keep costs down as much as we can for the community, we make our larger parts to order. Some middle sized parts are often kept in stock, however. Small parts can also be made to order, depending on their complexity. Feel free to contact us before placing your order regarding ETAs as we cannot guarantee a full refund on a cancellation. 

Delivery can range from 1-90 days depending on the item ordered. Please check in about an item to confirm with us. We simply have way too many makes and models and 600+ parts so we cannot keep each one in stock.

Order cancellation fees, for any reason, amount to 25% of the order total. This is our fundamental policy. Therefore, please make sure the part you are ordering is compatible with your vehicle. Custom products like specialty built steering wheels can have a 50% cancellation fee, as they need to be discarded or recycled after cancellation. If you are not comfortable waiting for an order to complete production and shipment, please do not place an order. Alternatively, reach out to us about turn around times prior to placing your order. By placing an order, the customer agrees these fundamental terms, as noted at the bottom of every product page. Before you place your order:

Please be absolutely sure you are set on the item you are ordering. We understand that sometimes a customer may change their mind, however we recommend if you are on the fence about a part to really think about it thoroughly prior to ordering. If you place an order and immediately request a cancellation, we must apply a cancellation fee of at least 9% of the order total. Even if your order has not been processed yet or prepared, a cancellation fee still applies. There is no time period to waive the fee and the fee is applicable immediately after order placement. Again, if you are not comfortable waiting for an order to complete, do not place an order. Please be absolutely sure and set on your order prior to placing it, as cancelled orders can greatly disrupt the workflow of our engineering departments as every order reserves a queue spot on the production line. "I already ordered somewhere else" or "I didn't expect it to take this time period" are not reasons for which we can process fee-less cancellations. Many orders are handmade with great precision to ensure car show-quality craftsmanship and cancelling them can create delays. Thank you!

Installation, Customization, and Fitment:

Carbon fiber parts are made from a different material than OEM parts. While they are made from OEM moulds, the process for carbon fiber large part production will always slightly change the position of tabs, holes, and other non-interfering features. Installation may require widening your factory holes, adjusting angles, and removing certain factory frames / panels / blockages. Even though the tabs and holes are in the same places as your OEM ones, because the part is made form an entirely different material than factory (factory is often aluminum, steel, or plastic) installation can require some slight modification. Our parts are test fitted prior to shipment, and made from factory parts, therefore our fitment will be proper. However, with various makes and models, there are multiple submodels which can have differences. For example, the trunk on an ecoboost might have slighly different spoiler mounting holes than on a Gt500. Installation may require using screws, drilling new holes, or sanding certain parts for precise fitment. We promise that we will get it as closely as possible. Of course, some parts are a 5 minute direct replacement, however others might take some extra effort. It is currently not possible to make tabs and clips to the exact mm specifications of factory ones on hand made carbon fiber parts. Tabs are often integrated into the design and could be a tad bit off from factory ones, requiring small modifications for fitment. Bodywork or special modification may be required for ideal fitment perfection on certain items, please keep in mind when considering your order. Gaps in fitment are optimized for STOCK vehicles. If you have modifications in your engine bay, fenders, bumpers, or more, the buyer is responsible for the custom modification to make parts fit. Please be advised prior to purchase. Inquire for specifics : We guarantee a panel gapping less than 1/3 inch on most hoods, trunks, large parts. Interior parts can have a leniency gapping of up to 3/8th of an inch depending on the parts. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery date. Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it. If you drop or damage your part during your transportation or installation of it, we cannot issue you a replacement. This is why your package must be unboxed and inspected within 24 hours of receiving either by you or someone at your address. Please make sure to inspect everything thoroughly to make sure you NOTICE any possible damage so no issues arise afterwards. If your product was delivered and 24 hours have passed, we cannot help you get a replacement. You must make your first contact attempt during this period. Please be present during delivery so you can make sure there are no damages to your parts. If there are, you must let us know within 24 hours, thank you.

All items sold by ZetaComposites are under the use responsibility of the user. 

Legality of products is the user's responsibility for their designated region's laws.

ZetaComposites does not take any responsibility for installation, modification, or injuries from the use of our products. We are responsible for the sale and exchange of the item, the use is and functionality is the responsibility of the user. User must analyze risks associated with products, whether it be airbag (driver and passenger) decorations, or light weight hoods which we recommend to pin with hood pins.
