From the second your order comes in, we take great precaution to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered. Every part undergoes inspection and is made with as least imperfections as possible. Our parts will be made with care and must pass an inspection prior to being shipped to you. Of course, large carbon fiber parts can always have the occasional small knick, bubble, weave distortion - this is no secret. However, if anything fails to pass our show quality standards, it will not be sent to you. We want to get our parts as perfect as possible because we know how important that is for the luxury Zeta experience.

Shipping Coverage

We have one of the lowest damage percentages in the industry. 

But even then - if damage occurs, we are here to cover you. Contact us the same day you receive your item if you notice any kind of damage and our team will help you out immediately, either with a compensation or a replacement item. Each scenario is unique, but across the board, we have solutions to get you and your build right.

With us, returns are a breeze. While we do apply cancellation fees and restocking fees, which can be up to 15%, we try to make sure these are low and as simple as possible, so we can continue to offer our coverage across the board. More often than not, if you change your mind and return a part and pay a cancellation fee, that fee is refundable and applicable as a discount to you on a future order!

If you experience any kind of chemical imbalances in your product, or adhesive failures, you reach out to us and we will take care of you. Once a Zeta customer, always a Zeta customer.

Carbon fiber is one of those exposed-to-the-elements parts which can often take a beating. Front lips get scratched, cracked, and rock chipped with heavy use whether its at the local Starbucks drive through, or on a pesky speed bump. We'll always offer some kind of return customer discount to help you get a replacement for a reasonable price if you experience some significant wear and tear from heavy driving or accidents.

All companies claim that they make bulletproof, weather proof carbon fiber. However in reality, this simply isn't the case.

With aggressive hailing, storms, freezing temperatures, or the latter with Arizona, California, or Texas 100 degree+ heatwaves and sun exposure, your vehicle can experience damage.

If you leave a gloss black Lamborghini Huracan in the Texas sun for 2 summers in a row, you'll come back to a matte finish without a doubt. The same goes for all carbon fiber across the industry. 

However, what makes us stand out is we do everything physically and chemically possible to prevent this and protect your parts. We use the highest quality materials, expensive techniques and processes, as well as the upmost attention in craftsmanship. Our products are the highest quality in the industry.

We always recommend using car covers, ventilating your interior, and parking in indoor spaces. This is the best way to preserve your parts, your electricals, seals, and your vehicle overall. If you can, have a shop apply an additional UV protection to your parts. We always provide some degree of assistance, but in situations of neglect there is not much we can do.

Replacements, Returns, and Guarantees

Of course there are limits, but we are always very flexible and have no problem taking a small loss to make your situation right if necessary.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery date. Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it. If you drop or damage your part during your transportation or installation of it, we cannot issue you a replacement. This is why your package must be unboxed and inspected within 24 hours of receiving either by you or someone at your address. Please make sure to inspect everything thoroughly to make sure you NOTICE any possible damage so no issues arise afterwards. If your product was delivered and 24 hours have passed, we cannot help you get a replacement. You must make your first contact attempt during this period. Please be present during delivery so you can make sure there are no damages to your parts. If there are, you must let us know within 24 hours, thank you.
